How do i get the headlight washers to pop up out of the bumper on my vauxhall astra ?

i have the 1.9 cdti sri '05 and it has little squares below the headlights is that what they are for?How do i get the headlight washers to pop up out of the bumper on my vauxhall astra ?
The only thing that I can think of for those squares is washers, I think that they may work if you wash the windscreen when the headlamps are switched on.How do i get the headlight washers to pop up out of the bumper on my vauxhall astra ?
ha ha ha i actually work for Vauxhall's in sunny old England. I'm situated at junc6 on M53 Wirral incase ya wanna check. The squares you are talking about, because all the bumpers for astras are the same (model - model year -year etc) they have cut outs because the Astra VXR (you might not get that one your side of the pond) has head light washers, yours DOES NOT. But they all use the same bumpers, its much easier to put a piece of plastic in a hole that to change the mould for thousands and thousands of bumpers, DONT YA THINK. Get a small flat screw driver and GENTLY prise the square out, you will see a HOLE !!!! SORRY TO PISS ON YA FIREWORKS
