and if you leave the door closed when not in use the same problem occurs? Is it true that with front load washers you have to remove your clothes immediately or they get moldy?
This can occur with any washing machine, but the clothes usually won't mildew unless they sit in there for more than a day. Good luck!Is it true that with front load washers you have to remove your clothes immediately or they get moldy?
No. They are no more subject to such grief than top loaders. But there is risk of mold, or at least odors, from any machine if the clothes are not promptly dried.
That is true with any kind of washer. Especially in the summer months. Always remove your clothes promptly and dry them. =)
No it is not true, clothes left in any washer will smell if left to long, and eventually turn moldy because of the water left in them. Front loaders are about all you can find in Europe because water is VERY expensive and they use much less than a top loader.
Yes and No. Yes, if you were to leave them in there for a year! No, if you were to leave them in there for a couple of days. They might smell alitttle though. But the best thing to do is simply dry them when they are done washing.
You can leave them in any washer after they washed for about 4 hours before they start to smell. Just dry them sometimes after they finish. They shouldn't mold, mildew, for about a day.
